With past contractors I always worried about whether they would abandon our projects without them being completed. I never once worried about you. In fact, we went on vacation for two weeks to find that you had completed more that what was scheduled.

Just a note to let you know how pleased Bob and I are with our spa. In spite of our deciding to put the spa in during the rainy season, we did survive, and it was worth it.
During the course of finishing our home, we working with a variety of subcontractors and many of them added to our stress level by not being responsible and professional as we had expected. We really appreciated your phone calls bringing us up to date when something unexpected (like rain) came up, your carefully overseeing the work as it progressed, and estimating the work properly s that there were no financial surprises once we were into the project.
